CSW Industrials promotes Jeff Underwood to executive vice president

CSW Industrials Inc. (NYSE: CSW) announced the promotion of Jeff Underwood to Executive Vice President while maintaining his role as General Manager of Contractor Solutions.
Underwood has served as Senior Vice President of CSW and General Manager of Contractor Solutions since April 2024. The company stated he has led the acquisition and integration of more than $1 billion in strategic acquisitions during his tenure.
"Jeff has been an integral leader of our Contractor Solutions team and has been the primary driver of that segment's growth and value creation," said Joseph B. Armes, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of CSW Industrials.
Prior to his current role, Underwood served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Contractor Solutions after joining CSW in December 2018. He previously held positions at Goodman Manufacturing in Houston, including Vice President of Marketing and Director of Brand Management for parent company Daikin. He also worked as a Manager at Bain & Company.
Underwood holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from The University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
CSW Industrials operates in three segments: Contractor Solutions, Specialized Reliability Solutions, and Engineered Building Solutions. The company serves markets including HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, general industrial, building products, energy, mining, and rail transportation.
