Cloudflare (NET) Tops Q1 EPS by 2c, Offers Guidance

Cloudflare (NYSE: NET) reported Q1 EPS of $0.25, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $639.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $620.83 million.

GUIDANCE:

Cloudflare sees Q2 2026 EPS of $0.27, versus the consensus of $0.27. Cloudflare sees Q2 2026 revenue of $644-665 million, versus the consensus of $666.1 million.

Cloudflare sees FY2026 EPS of $1.19-$1.20, versus the consensus of $1.13. Cloudflare sees FY2026 revenue of $2.805-2.813 million, versus the consensus of $2.79 million.
