Mobix Labs secures 5x order increase for F-22 Raptor components
Mobix Labs Inc. (NASDAQ: MOBX) announced it has secured increased orders from two F-22 Raptor subcontractors, representing approximately a five-fold increase over its previous activity supporting the fighter jet program.
The orders include business from a newly established customer relationship and expanded orders from an existing partner. Mobix Labs supplies specialized filtered connector components designed to protect onboard electronics from electromagnetic interference for the F-22 program.
Production is currently underway, with shipments expected to begin in 2026, according to the company's statement. The components are designed to help ensure stable system performance in the aircraft's electronic infrastructure.
"This expansion reflects increasing demand for high-reliability component solutions supporting active defense platforms," said Phil Sansone, CEO of Mobix Labs. "We are focused on executing in areas where our technology supports critical system performance and where reliability directly impacts mission success."
The F-22 program expansion builds on the company's existing defense and aerospace activities, including ongoing production supporting Gulfstream platforms and participation in anti-drone and smart munitions programs.
Mobix Labs provides connectivity and electronic component solutions for defense, aerospace, and other applications. The Irvine, California-based company trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker MOBX.
The information is based on a company press release statement.
