Dhivya Suryadevara resigned as President of Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV) on July 7, 2026, citing "good reason" under the terms of her offer letter dated August 28, 2025, and the company's Executive Severance and Change of Control Policy.
Suryadevara will remain a non-executive officer employee, retaining her current base salary and benefit plan participation through July 31, 2026, to allow for an orderly transition of her responsibilities.
Following the resignation, Fiserv appointed two interim leaders for its Financial Solutions business, effective July 7, 2026. Andrew Gelb, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Financial Solutions, and Srini Krish, Head of Technology and Operations for Financial Solutions, will jointly lead the unit.
Gelb joined Fiserv in 2014 and has held several senior leadership roles, including head of the company's issuer solutions business. Krish, who also joined Fiserv in 2014, oversees technology, operations, and implementations across core banking, digital solutions, card services, and payments. Krish previously served as the company's global Chief Information Officer.
