Tecnoglass (NYSE: TGLS) reported Q4 EPS of $0.63, $0.22 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $245.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $247.23 million.

GUIDANCE:

Tecnoglass sees FY2026 revenue of $1.06-1.13 billion, versus the consensus of $1.08 billion.
