February 10, 2026 4:01 PM EST

Palantir Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: PLTR) announced an extension of its collaboration with Airbus through a multi-year agreement to continue supporting the Skywise civil aviation data platform.

Under the renewed contract, Airbus will maintain its use of Palantir's technology for Skywise, which serves as the aircraft manufacturer's open data platform for civil aviation operations. The platform supports aircraft and equipment design processes and aims to enhance efficiency, safety and sustainability in civil aircraft production across Airbus facilities.

Skywise combines in-flight engineering and operational data to assist airlines in addressing operational challenges. The platform supports planning, supply chain management, airline operations and aircraft production activities. According to the press release, more than 50,000 users currently utilize the Skywise platform in their daily operations.

The partnership includes provisions for migration to sovereign cloud environments to meet regulatory and operational requirements. Palantir's team in France has worked with Airbus on the Skywise platform since 2015.

"The multi-year extension is a testament to the bold vision we share with Airbus—to reimagine the role of technology in civil aviation," said Josh Harris, Executive Vice-President at Palantir. "Together, we will continue to deliver secure, AI-enabled capabilities with multiple LLMs that improve operational performance from manufacturing and supply chain to maintenance and flight operations."

The agreement maintains Palantir's role in providing technology infrastructure for Airbus's data analytics operations while ensuring security, confidentiality and data governance standards are met.
