NOV Inc (NOV) Misses Q4 EPS by 4c; offers outlook

NOV Inc (NYSE: NOV) reported Q4 EPS of $0.21, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.28 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.17 billion.

OUTLOOK

For the first quarter of 2026 management expects year-over-year consolidated revenues to decline between one to three percent with Adjusted EBITDA expected to be between $200 million and $225 million.
