Century Communities (CCS) Tops Q3 EPS by 70c ; Offers Guidance

Century Communities (NYSE: CCS) reported Q3 EPS of $1.52, $0.70 better than the analyst estimate of $0.82. Revenue for the quarter came in at $980.28 million versus the consensus estimate of $908.61 million.

GUIDANCE:

Century Communities sees FY2025 revenue of $3.8-3.9 billion, versus the consensus of $3.88 billion.
