Perion Network (PERI) Tops Q2 EPS by 9c, Beats on Revenue; Offers Guidance

Perion Network (NASDAQ: PERI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.26, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $103 million versus the consensus estimate of $91.13 million.

The Company is reiterating its full-year 2025 outlook ranges:

Revenue of $430 to $450 million
Adjusted EBITDA6 of $44 to $46 million
Adjusted EBITDA6 to contribution ex-TAC6 of 22% at the midpoint
