OUTLOOK
For FY2026 we expect low single digit YoY revenue growth and flattish YoY Adjusted EBITDA.
– We expect Communication Services segment FY2026 flat revenue performance to be driven by low
double-digit growth in aviation services that we expect will be offset by a lower rate of declines in
fixed services and other.
– We expect Defense and Advanced Technologies FY2026 mid-teens YoY revenue growth to be driven
primarily by strong double-digit growth in both information security and cyber defense and space
and mission systems.
› We continue to expect Net debt 3 relative to LTM Adjusted EBITDA to increase modestly by the end of
FY2026.
› In FY2026, we continue to expect capital expenditures of approximately $1.3 billion (range includes
approximately $450 million for Inmarsat related capital expenditures).
› Reflecting expectations for another year of double-digit operating cash flow and the timing of capital
expenditures, we continue to expect an inflection to positive free cash flow in the second half FY2026.
