Welltower (WELL) Tops Q3 EPS by 35c; raises guidance

Welltower (NYSE: WELL) reported Q3 EPS of $0.73, $0.35 better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.06 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.95 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Welltower sees FY2024 EPS of $1.75-$1.81, versus the consensus of $1.34.
