Cracker Barrel (CBRL) Misses Q4 EPS by 16c, Offers Guidance

Cracker Barrel (NASDAQ: CBRL) reported Q4 EPS of $0.98, $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $894.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $898.09 million.

GUIDANCE:

Cracker Barrel sees FY2025 revenue of $3.4-3.5 billion, versus the consensus of $3.45 billion.

• Total revenue of $3.4 billion to $3.5 billion
• 2 new Cracker Barrel stores and 3 to 4 new Maple Street Biscuit Company units
• Commodity inflation of 2% to 3% compared to the prior year
• Hourly wage inflation of 3% to 4% compared to the prior year
• Adjusted EBITDA1 of $200 million to $215 million
• Capital expenditures of $160 million to $180 million
