Global Net Lease (GNL) Misses Q2 EPS by 17c; offers guidance
Global Net Lease (NYSE: GNL) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.20), $0.17 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $203.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $205.48 million.
Full Year 2024 Guidance Update
GNL raised its initial disposition guidance range of closed dispositions in 2024 to $650 million to $800 million from $400 million to $600 million.
GNL reaffirms its 2024 AFFO per share guidance range of $1.30 to $1.40 and a net debt to Adjusted EBITDA range of 7.4x to 7.8x.
