Mercury Systems (MRCY) Misses Q3 EPS by 24c, provides guidance

Mercury Systems (NASDAQ: MRCY) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.26), $0.24 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $208.26 million versus the consensus estimate of $214.32 million.

GUIDANCE:

Mercury Systems sees FY2024 revenue of $800-850 million, versus the consensus of $818.8 million. We continue to expect bookings to exceed $1 billion for the full fiscal year. Finally, we continue to expect positive free cash flow for full fiscal year 2024.
