Noble Corp (NE) Misses Q4 EPS by 20c; offers guidance

Noble Corp (NYSE: NE) reported Q4 EPS of $0.39, $0.20 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $643 million versus the consensus estimate of $602.65 million.

GUIDANCE:

Noble Corp sees FY2024 revenue of $2.55-2.7 billion, versus the consensus of $2.806 billion.

Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $925 to $1,025 million, and Capital Additions (net of reimbursements) between $400 to $440 million.
