Crown Castle (CCI) Tops Q4 EPS by 8c; offers FY24 guidance

Crown Castle (NYSE: CCI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.83, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.67 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.66 billion.

Crown Castle sees FY2024 Site rental revenue of $6.37 billion, versus the consensus of $6.969 billion & AFFO per share of $6.91
