RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) reported Q3 EPS of $0.06, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $334.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $327.54 million.
Q4 OUTLOOK:
Based on current trends and assuming no material disruptions to travel or worsening macro-economic conditions, the Company\'s fourth quarter 2023 outlook is as follows:
Adjusted FFO per diluted share $0.30 to $0.36
