Welltower (WELL) Tops Q3 EPS by 5c; raises guidance

Welltower (NYSE: WELL) reported Q3 EPS of $0.24, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.66 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.63 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Welltower sees FY2023 EPS of $0.91-$0.95, versus the consensus of $0.77.
