Griffon Corp (GFF) Tops Q3 EPS by 38c, Raises EBITDA Guidance

Griffon Corp (NYSE: GFF) reported Q3 EPS of $1.29, $0.38 better than the analyst estimate of $0.91. Revenue for the quarter came in at $683.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $701.44 million.

The company's management commented: "“Given our overall strong performance year-to-date, and expectations for the fourth quarter, we are raising full-year EBITDA guidance to $550 million from at least $525 million."
