NASDAQ (NDAQ) Tops Q2 EPS by 5c

NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) reported Q2 EPS of $0.71, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $925 million versus the consensus estimate of $914.04 million.

GUIDANCE:

The company is updating its 2023 non-GAAP operating expense guidance to a range of $1,785 million to $1,815 million. Nasdaq expects its 2023 non-GAAP tax rate to be in the range of 24% to 26%
