3M Co. (MMM) Misses Q4 EPS by 9c; Guides FY23 Below Views, To Cut 2,500 Jobs

3M Co. (NYSE: MMM) reported Q4 EPS of $2.28, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $2.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.06 billion.

The company will reduce approximately 2,500 global manufacturing roles.

3M Co. sees FY2023 EPS of $8.50-$9.00, versus the consensus of $10.22. Sees -6 to -2 percent adjusted total sales growth
