CenterPoint Energy (CNP) Misses Q3 EPS by 1c; Offers Guidance

CenterPoint Energy (NYSE: CNP) reported Q3 EPS of $0.32, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.33.

GUIDANCE:

CenterPoint Energy sees FY2022 EPS of $1.37-$1.39, versus the consensus of $1.38.

CenterPoint Energy sees FY2023 EPS of $1.48-$1.50, versus the consensus of $1.49.

Given the merger between Enable and Energy Transfer and CenterPoint’s divestiture of its remaining midstream investments during 2022, CenterPoint will be presenting a consolidated non-GAAP EPS guidance range for 2022, which is the comparable measure to non-GAAP Utility EPS reported in 2021.
