CMS Energy (CMS) Misses Q3 EPS by 10c; Raises 2022 Adjusted EPS, Introduces Preliminary 2023 Guidance

CMS Energy (NYSE: CMS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.56, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.02 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.76 billion.

GUIDANCE:

CMS Energy sees FY2022 EPS of $2.87-$2.89, versus the consensus of $2.88.

CMS Energy also introduced preliminary 2023 adjusted earnings guidance of $3.05 to $3.11 per share and reaffirmed its long-term adjusted EPS growth of 6 to 8 percent, with continued confidence toward the high end.
