Prologis (PLD) Tops Q3 EPS by 2c

Prologis (NYSE: PLD) reported Q3 EPS of $1.36, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.75 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.2 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Prologis sees FY2022 EPS of $4.25-$4.30 vs $5.15 to $5.25 previously.

• Sees core FFO of $4.60 to $4.62.
