Macerich (MAC) Misses Q2 EPS by 3c

Macerich (NYSE: MAC) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.07), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $204.09 million versus the consensus estimate of $211.04 million.

Funds from Operations (“FFO”), excluding financing expense in connection with Chandler Freehold was $102.9 million or $0.46 per share-diluted during the second quarter of 2022, compared to $127.6 million or $0.59 per share-diluted for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.
