DocuSign Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCU) 25% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.38, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $588.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $581.71 million. DocuSign Inc. sees Q2 2023 revenue of $600-604 million, versus the consensus of $601.7 million. DocuSign Inc. sees FY2023 revenue of $2.47-2.48 billion, versus the consensus of $2.48 billion.

Stitch Fix (NASDAQ: SFIX) 19% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.72), $0.17 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.55). Revenue for the quarter came in at $494.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $493.26 million. Stitch Fix sees Q4 revenue of $485 - $495 million vs the consensus of $495 million. To layoff 15% of salaried workers.

Comtech Telecom (NASDAQ: CMTL) 14% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.06, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $122.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $122.44 million. Comtech Telecom sees Q4 2022 revenue of $123 million, versus the consensus of $157.06 million.

Illumina, Inc. (NASDAQ: ILMN) 6% LOWER; CFO Sam Samad will be departing the company on July 8, 2022, after serving in this role for more than five years. Mr. Samad is leaving for Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX), where he was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Roblox Corp. (NYSE: RBLX) 6% LOWER; Goldman Sachs downgraded from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $28.00 (from $39.00).

Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) 5% LOWER; Goldman Sachs downgraded from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $186.00 (from $265.00).

eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) 5% LOWER; Goldman Sachs downgraded from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $42.00 (from $52.00).

Rent the Runway (NASDAQ: RENT) 5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.67), versus ($3.75) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.1 million, versus $33.5 million reported last year. Rent the Runway sees Q2 2022 revenue of $72-74 million. Rent the Runway sees FY2022 revenue of $295-305 million.

Vail Resorts (NYSE: MTN) 5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $9.16, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $9.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.18 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.15 billion.

Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: EA) 4% LOWER; MoffettNathanson downgraded from Buy to Neutral with a $147 price target (from $141)

Vonage (NASDAQ: VG) 1% LOWER; Craig-Hallum downgraded from Hold to Sell.
