Century Communities (CCS) Tops Q3 EPS by 9c

Century Communities (NYSE: CCS) reported Q3 EPS of $3.31, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $3.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $958 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.01 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Century Communities sees FY2021 revenue of $3.9-4.1 billion, versus the consensus of $4.17 billion.
