SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per common share. The dividend is payable on November 27, 2020 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 23, 2020. As of August 2, 2020, the Company had 77,796,399 shares of common stock outstanding.
