Ambac (AMBC) Misses Q2 EPS by 16c
Ambac (NASDAQ: AMBC) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.77), $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.61).
Claude LeBlanc, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “Our results for the second quarter of 2020 reflect the continued strain on credit markets driven by the COVID pandemic, partially offset by the rebound of the capital markets since the end of the first quarter. During the quarter we continued to make significant progress towards our de-risking efforts and materially advancing our Rep and Warranty litigation cases."
