Olin Corp. (NYSE: OLN) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.76), $0.27 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.49). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.24 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.28 billion.

• Second quarter 2020 adjusted EBITDA of $71.5 million excludes depreciation and amortization expense of $136.5 million, information technology integration costs of $20.4 million, and restructuring charges and other costs of $5.5 million.
