SpartanNash Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SpartanNash Company (Nasdaq: SPTN) (“SpartanNash” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1925 per common share. The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 12, 2020. As of May 26, 2020, there were 35,682,308 common shares outstanding.
