Magna International (MGA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.6% to $0.40; 3% Yield

Magna International (NYSE: MGA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 9.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.365.

The dividend will be payable on March 20, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 6, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 5, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
