IDEX Corp. (IEX) Tops Q1 EPS by 7c, Offers Guidance

IDEX Corp. (NYSE: IEX) reported Q1 EPS of $1.44, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $1.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $622.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $634.04 million.

GUIDANCE:

IDEX Corp. sees Q2 2019 EPS of $1.47-$1.50, versus the consensus of $1.49.

IDEX Corp. sees FY2019 EPS of $5.70-$5.85, versus the consensus of $5.73.

• Organic revenue growth expectation for both the second quarter and full year is 4 to 5 percent.”
