Pitney-Bowes (NYSE: PBI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.20 annualized. This is a 73.3% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.1875. The dividend will be payable on March 11, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2019. The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
The Board of Directors authorized an incremental $100 million share repurchase, which brings the total authorization to $121 million
