Gorman-Rupp (NYSE: GRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share, or $0.54 annualized. This is an 8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.
The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2018, to stockholders of record on November 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of November 14, 2018.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
