Aurinia Pharmaceuticals (AUPH) Misses Q1 EPS by 3c

Aurinia Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: AUPH) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.18), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.15).

At March 31, 2018, the company had cash, cash equivalents and short term investments of $159.1 million and working capital of $156.7 million compared to $173.5 million of cash, cash equivalents and short term investments and $167.1 million of working capital at December 31, 2017. Net cash used in operating activities was $14.4 million for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018 compared to $9.7 million for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017.
