Murphy USA (MUSA) Posts Q1 EPS of $1.16

Murphy USA (NYSE: MUSA) reported Q1 EPS of $1.16, which includes items and does not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.24 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.21 billion.

Included in net income for Q1 2018 was approximately $35.3 million (after tax) from settlement of damages incurred in connection with the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
