Lazard Ltd. (NYSE: LAZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 7.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.41.

The dividend will be payable on May 18, 2018, to stockholders of record on May 7, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2018.
