Silicon Motion Technology (NASDAQ: SIMO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 27, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 12, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 9, 2018.
