CDK Global (CDK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.15; 0.9% Yield

CDK Global (NASDAQ: CDK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on December 29, 2017, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of November 30, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.
