CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Archer Daniels Midland Company’s (NYSE: ADM) Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of 32 cents per share on the company’s common stock payable on Sept. 7, 2017, to shareholders of record on Aug. 17, 2017.
This is ADM’s 343rd consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 85 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of June 30, 2017, there were 562,762,953 shares of ADM common stock outstanding.
