Ventas (VTR) Misses Q2 EPS by 3c, Beats on Revenues; Reaffirms FY17 Guidance

Ventas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q2 EPS of $0.42, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $895.49 million versus the consensus estimate of $880.72 million.

GUIDANCE:

Ventas sees FY2017 EPS of $1.72-$1.78, versus the consensus of $1.81.
