France and Germany will present a plan to regulation internet guidance Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL), Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL), Facebook (NASDAQ: FB), and Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN) to prevent tax optimization, finance start ups, and reinforce cyber security, according to Bloomberg, citing the office of President Emmanuel Macron. The plan will be presented at the EU summit in Estonia in late September.
