Envision Declares Quarterly Preferred Stock Dividend

NASHVILLE, Tenn. & GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Envision Healthcare Corporation (“Envision”) (NYSE: EVHC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.3125 per share in cash for the Company’s 5.250% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A-1. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2017, to preferred stockholders of record as of March 15, 2017.
