Cogent Communication (CCOI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5% to $0.42; 4% Yield

Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on March 24, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 10, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 8, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
