Tesla (TSLA) calls active as shares near eight-month high

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) January call option implied volatility is at 36, February is at 37; compared to its 52-week range of 28 to 92. Call put ratio is 1.5 calls to 1 puts after Morgan Stanley upgraded the stock to Overweight citing expectations for a sooner launch of its Model 3 vehicle, less competition pressure and a supportive political environment.
