Oshkosh Corp. (OSK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.5% to $0.21; 1.6% Yield

Oshkosh Corp. (NYSE: OSK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized. This is a 10.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.19.

The dividend will be payable on December 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on November 17, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of November 15, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
