Churchill Downs (NASDAQ: CHDN) declared an annual dividend of $1.32 per share, or $1.32 annualized. This is a 14.8% increase from the prior dividend of $1.15.

The dividend will be payable on January 6, 2017, to stockholders of record on December 2, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of November 30, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
