Otter Tail Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

FARGO, N.D., Aug. 05, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Otter Tail Corporation (NASDAQ: OTTR) announced today the Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.3125 per share, payable on September 10, 2016 to shareholders of record on August 15, 2016. This represents the 311th consecutive quarter dividends have been paid on common stock.

The corporation will issue a news release announcing second quarter 2016 financial results after the market close on August 8, 2016.
