General Growth Properties (GGP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 11.1% to $0.20; 2.5% Yield

General Growth Properties (NYSE: GGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2016, to stockholders of record on October 14, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of October 12, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
